[03:31] GG: She's splendid! Not doing a terrible amount of baking on account of her father blocking access to the kitchen, though!

[03:32] GG: How goes my favorite adventurer?

[03:33] GT: I managed to escape a herd of those darn fairybulls moments ago, so im taking a little breather.

[03:33] GG: Hoo! Are you alright?

[03:34] GT: Catching my breath and unharmed for the most part, but always on the lookout for more trouble. *grin and a wink.*

[03:34] GG: Don't look too hard! :B I worry enough about your safety as is!

[03:35] GG: Who knows what you'll run into on your island? Fairy bulls today! A giant seamonster the next!

[03:35] GT: Strider mentioned something about sending one of his machinations to help me, but im not sure how much he - heavens, crocker, dont remind me. One of those blasted seamonsters nearly had me by the chops not long before the fairybulls did!

[03:37] GG: Oh gracious! Thank goodness you got out of there alive! I warned you this morning about my dream!

[03:39] GT: I know, it had me worried a little bit. But i seem to be in one piece so far!

[03:39] GT: Ill be careful jane, dont worry.

[03:40] GT: Its against my chivalrous code to make a lady fret! *Imaginary hat tip.*

[03:41] GT: Anyway, whats this you were saying about your dad blocking off the kitchen?

[03:41] GT: Some new-fangled punishment or are you still up to your ears in chastisement from your last supposed blunder?

[03:41] GG: Ohh Jake, it's absolutely awful! He took his grounding a whole step further!

[03:42] GG: Not allowed to leave the house, not allowed to bake! I may as well sit around doing nothing! :E

[03:42] GT: You could always see what lalonde can offer for entertainment! Im sure she has more up her sleeve than a bottle of brandy!

[03:43] GG: I did! Her first choice for entertainment was exactly that- a bottle of brandy!

[03:43] GG: She may be my best friend, but that is one piece of advice I will not take. :B

[03:44] GT: Im not one to blame you for that decision, either. Cant say thats my go-to for boredom!

[03:45] GG: Speaking of Lalonde, she said she spoke to you earlier. Although she got all "zippy-lipped" on the subject.

[03:46] GT: Oh? *Tugs at collar just a little. In a totally not-suspicious manner, mind you!*

[03:47] GG: Yes. I assumed they were more looney conspiracy theories! :P

[03:47] GT: Oh, haha. Yes, the batter witch and whatnot?

[03:48] GG: She wouldn't say. Hm. She is a mystery sometimes!

[03:48] GT: I must say, i dont like nay-saying any friends of mine, but she can be downright silly with those theories!

[03:50] GG: If it's not too much of me to inquire...what did she tell you?

[03:50] GT: *Tugs at collar again.* Well, i am not one to intrude on the personal affairs of a lady, but i also dont like keeping things from friends!

[03:51] GG: I don't believe we would be breaking anything in the "girl-code" regarding secret telling.

[03:52] GT: Well im not a girl so i can never be sure on these things, you know!

[03:52] GG: Yes, I would certainly hope not! I'm speaking in the case of Lalonde and I's friendship however.

[03:53] GT: On the subject however, i dont see the harm in telling you that she mentioned that you like me!

[03:54] GT: And you know that i hold you as well as lalonde and strider in the highest regards.

[04:01] GT: Indeed! On a slightly unrelated note.. Have you spoken with strider lately? Its like pulling a frillion damn teeth to get anything useful out of him these days.

[04:01] GG: I have! I spoke with the man himself, even! A rare occurance as of late, apparently.

[04:02] GT: Wow, color me a little on the side of jealous!

[04:02] GT: I keep getting his blasted auto-responder. And i must say, the darn thing makes me a little nervous.

[04:03] GG: Oh, how so? I find the AR very human-like! Charming, even!

[04:04] GT: Another point on the jealousy tally-board! Well... i cant describe it very accurately. It seems to enjoy putting me on the spot in the most awkward of ways.

[04:09] GT: Im well on my way, im sure! I do wonder how your seemingly never-ending quest for freedom is coming along, though. Has any progress been made or are you still in a stalemate with the kitchen?

[04:11] GG: It may have something to do with the hole in the wall thanks to the fridge!

[04:12] GG: Long story. It did have to do with the bunny Mr. Strider sent me though!

[04:12] GG: It ran off a while ago, but it will come back soon I hope. How else am I to get past the high tech security blocking the entrance to the kitchen?

[04:13] GG: A robot bunny!

[04:13] GT: Oh, wait. Strider. Its some high-tech gadgetry isn

[04:13] GT: Yes, i figured as much.

[04:13] GG: Yes. He said it's to be used in case of emergency.

[04:13] GG: I don't know what he considers and emergency, but this situation is pretty dire!

[04:15] GT: I daresay he enjoys erring on the opposite side of simplicity.

[04:16] GG: Oh speaking of which! How goes the hunt for your own robot?

[04:17] GT: Its mostly been fairybulls and giant seamonsters! And a giant crabular creature, too.

[04:17] GT: I wonder if theyre all set to kill since i accidentally killed one of the little ones. :(

[04:18] GG: My, my! It seems both of our lives are hectic as ever! :B

[04:26] GT: And im short a few cartridges. I must have dropped them fleeing that seamonster. Hells bells i dont think this could get much worse!
